After your Initial Consultation training session, we recommend continuing with our Introductory Series Promotion to familiarize your brain with the training routine. If you’re ready to commit to your mental fitness transformation, Brain Boot Camp is our best in-studio motivational package. Our Standard Training Session is ideal for less frequent, routine mental fitness workouts to promote your brain’s health & optimal performance. Some clients enjoy prolonging their relaxation experience with our Extended Training Session and may even notice additional benefits from the extra 11 training minutes. For our established, cost-conscious clients, we offer a Community Outreach rate of 35% off once monthly Wednesday appointments only for sessions 6+. This is a great option for less frequent but still impactful routine training.
