We have several affordable options available to train at a pace that works well for you in our comfortable & private session room. All you have to do is show up & relax in our stress reducing zero-gravity chair to begin building a more flexible & resilient mindset that can transform your life!
Begin with our Introductory Series to familiarize your brain with the training routine. If you’re ready to commit and accelerate your mental fitness transformation, Brain Boot Camp is our best in-studio motivational package. We have two weekly Brain Booster options to “Train Up” when your schedule allows you to prioritize training. Brain Booster burst sessions are also an excellent tool for committed NeurOptimal® users to address acute upticks in their stress levels. We offer our Standard Training Session for less frequent, ongoing mental fitness & maintenance workouts to promote your brain’s health & optimal performance. Investing in a relaxing, monthly brain training fitness session does your mind & body good! For our budget-conscious clients, we offer a Community Outreach rate of 40% off our standard session rate for once weekly Monday appointments only.
